Base on my experience in VJ cash...
i spend alot on advertising that site and paid many user with signup bonus..and right now im still waiting for their january 16 launch..

as for MbBux i think i remember reading they will go to full launch when they reach 50,000 members

Yeah same I remember with PTCNation 5-6 months in prelaunch and then just 1 month of online and disappear.
