The advertising rates are really low and many options to advertise with.1000 clicks for only $3.28 is a great deal for any advertiser.Also there are many option eg signup adds, banner adds,paid emails etc.

Payouts: (3/5)
Two payment options, through e-gold min $3 and to Alertpayl min $5.Since no payment proof posted and no further information of payments except that the payout can be requested once every week when the minimum is reached.

Personal experience:
When i entered the site it was easy to surf, the name "red light district" confused me since if its literal meaning is taken it might be that this site promotes 18+ links but my doubts were cleared since there is no 18+ only restriction and no porn links.The amount of adds was impressive and the advertising rates are amazing.The earnings were slow and more irritating is the questions to detect bots, there are only two types of questions and they appear at almost every click, that is a lot more than any other ptc shows.The number of members is good but the problem seems to be that not many are active.The forum was also disappointing since it seemed that in the RLDptc section there is no post by a member,no payment proof or anything else.

a little early for a review dont you think   i dont think you could give much of a review to a site that hasnt even reached 100 members yet

i will add a  part about maximum time it takes to receive your pay in the help section,

for the forum i will never have unrestricted access to, im sorry but i dont like spammers and poeple looking at my forum unless they have a genuine reason. also tends to keep out people that cant speak english

just wanted to tell ya currently how the site is going will edit the review as time passes.abt the gouden, didnt know much abt it though curious whats the meaning.Also how much is the downline earning for free members??? think ill start promoting the site once i get a steady income from other PTCs. The reviews that i write will all be updated with new info after every saturday after the current one so dnt worry as time pases the rating will fall or increase depending on the updates, What wuld be the use of giving people a week old info.

no prob, great review as always   i will take some things into consideration, by the way we would have more than likely 500 to 1000 members by now,...but i blocked off all the bad people...
