2.VCC is issued by legal bank ( e.g CITIbank)
3.VCC is not stolen, fake or hacked credit card
4.Anonymous - has no billing data inside, so it can be used for any name and address.(except AVS VCC: you will need to register first before using)
5.It's virtual and will be only sent to your email address. (except Visa reloadable: you can request phsycal card with shipping fee applied)
