There is some good advices here, but you still can't know if the ptc site will be honest.

3 ) In these day is really hard to pay 1 cent per click, but there is some exceptions. Neobux was one of them, but they couldn't resist the pressure from their advertisers. ClixSense also pays over 1 cent per click. But in most cases 1 cent is too good to be true.

4 ) That depends on the current site and if they know how to make it legal.


Maybe the best way to understand more for ptc site is to google it and read some information from members. However you should look for the date of the posts of this members, because every ptc in the beginning pays to their users.

All this is pretty right on, most 1 cent ptc sites are scams, but there are a few that may be country specific that can sustain.

i will add my 2 cents to this thread:

research background:
do a whois.net search and get all the information about the paid to click site you are interested in

protect your pc:
most critical part - have a good firewall and antivirus software up to date.

don´t invest if you can not risk to loose all; don´t buy/purchase anything on new sites - let em run for at least 4months to prove them working.

support/forum integrated - or only autoresponder messages; real ppl answering your emails calls etc.

sustainable(high clickrates are unsustainable; can´t make it for the long run) same counts for cheap advertising prices. A site will only make looses if they have cheap advertising prices but a high click rate. Simple math do it yourself!

Obviously in general, sites that don't have some sort of forum, GET OUT!!!!  If they don't want members to communicate with eachother, it is for a reason.

When I see that it is a huge red flag for me.

The most important thing will be able to really contact the people get paid for real and check How long the site have been active. And if you can know the Owner of the site. That is how I've started this still new to it though...
