Good day, I am the admin of clix99.com.I purchased the aurora script from aurora-for-sale.com and they host it as well. The site is now down and I am looking for answers. Does anyone know Alexandra Vasileva? Have I been scammed?

You should send a direct email to the payment method email you made the purchase to, The wait up to 48 hours to get a reply, If no answer then you should consider contacting the payment processor you made the purchase through and ask for your money back by filling a dispute for this purchase

Thanks For the info. I emailed already but no reply. their email on paypal is same as on their server. mail@aurora-for-sale.com. I have since emailed alexndra.vasileva@email.bg as well as supernasko@email.bg. I got great advice from your FB page admin. Thanks for your help. The more I search, the more I believe I might have been scammed. We had over 500 members there and this is hurting me. Thanks again for your quick response.

I have had to purchase a new script and new hosting. Not resolved with the creep who stole my site,money etc..

aurora-for-sale.com and all their sites disappeared

they say their server crashed and they had no backups but somehow aurora-for-sale.com is back   

some owners are being compensated with new scripts domains and hosting

if you have your own back up you could at least contact your members

Hi, I was one of the sites on their server when the lights went out  , which happened on Dec 2nd, I lost both site+cpanel,  which means 'no access', I had posted many email inquiries to them, no replies, one point is that 'everything' their contact email and all our sites were all on the same server, they as the reseller hosting never backed up anything remotely 'except their own stuff',which you can see their site is up and running again on a new server... ....I see the feedback from many of us who had our sites go up in smoke, I was one of the lucky ones as I was in the habit of doing a complete site backup to desktop, so when issues like this popup you can say whoops time to go to new hosting, upload your backup and recover...
The real story why this happened is out on the web, and their excuses do not jive with the press
My experience with numerous others with this particular vendor...

They have since compensated me with my site. New script and 'extras' for the problems. New hosting though. Still Lost most all my members.
I think I am back on the right track though. Cheers
