buxbery & ptcstair scam?

hello guys,

i have working these two sites for last 05months. but now i think these two sites are going to be scam. already stop payment and disable forum.
i request to admin to add these in scamlist.

but they not only disable forums but also stop paying. I have two pending request since 14th March. I also read on ems forum that more members have this same problem. they don't get payment either.

so it's very clear.

This site was dead now. Qui lien / Lung Lee has stolen all money from their members.
Paying honestly and instanly in a year then turn into scammers.
Really heart-breaking news ever in PTC worlds.
