PTGScripts - No Script Installation

Hi, three days ago I bought Aurora GPT script from this site, http://ptgscripts.com/

I sent them my c-panel details when I bought the script, but when even after one day the script was not installed I sent them a mail regarding this. They asked me to sent the c-panel details again, I sent it. Now it has been more than 72 hours since I bought the script and no response from their support staff.

In their terms and conditions it is mentioned that "Orders will be processed Instantly or within Max 48 hours"

The price of Aurora script is only $6, but what pisses me off is their poor customer support. If they do not want to install the script then just let me know. I will purchase this script from some other reseller. Why the hell delay and waste my time

Considering the price they're selling the script for, I'm sure they must receive a lot of requests such as yours. But to be honest, if you're to run a website, you must know the basics, at least installation of the script would help.
