Checking it at whois (http://whois.domaintools.com/buyvisitors.net (http://whois.domaintools.com/buyvisitors.net)), this site seems to be owned by Zigmund Pipilevic, who is Marketing director of Hoka (http://www.linpra.org/index.php/en/35380/?companyId=62183 (http://www.linpra.org/index.php/en/35380/?companyId=62183)).

Earlier today I was actually able to access the site via a referral link (the main link gave a 404 message for some reason).

Now, it appears to be down altogether.  Another one bites the dust ::): 
     

Oh well ... I guess I don't have to be a loyal clicker for BRL anymore.   :D  :P
