i need help

i need hepl from someone who realy understand about this thing. i want to create ptc site. but im  not sure with domain i am going to use and a lot of other things. i will be able to start with a max of 100$. i already read some posts about it ptc sites .but i would like to know a bit more ..
any advices pleaseee..are welcome

about $800 payout money is a good figure then if you want traffic your site has to look damn good so design could be as much as 160$, then hosting, and finally the script.
