onBux did not change it.
The ads refresh time is now 01:00 (Br time)

Well..... actually.... a PTC website or any website has its time set according to the server clock and the location of the servers on which it is uploaded...not from where the site is
operating so..... In this case the onbux servers are in Chicago,IL so.... they have their ads resest time accroding to CENTRAL TIME ZONE of USA.....

Unless a website is hosted on a dedicated server (like incentria and clicksia) it is quite difficult to exactly establish the accurate location where site operation is going on!!!!

Strange but considering the server time written on onbux it should be located in Recife', Brazil !!!!

I think they both are affillated somehow secretly. No way Onbux can afford to do all this without Neobux help. I think it's either owned by same staff or Neobux brother is getting on the big scam in the future. It looks just like it to with the same general concept. Thats copyright infridgement.
