Linkgrand - Not Paying

Hi,

I was wondering is anyone having problems with Linkgrand?

I have requested a cashout on September 17, 2014 and still have not received it. I have also sent 3-4 support tickets and still waiting for someone to reply back.

I cashed out in July - took 15 days.
