Can I rely on them? Any experience? Other options?

I will be migrating all my current customers, their sites, hosting and domains to GTHost.com Montreal servers next week.
All servers with IPMI on board, they have a gray IP for security, they can be accessed through the admin, a real IP will be allocated for the duration of the session, the client can use IPMI at any time for free.

GTHost.com is the third hosting provider I have used and is by far and away the best yet. Use their Denver servers. They use a Supermicro server blade on Intel Xeon, that is, we do not have ?servers? i3, 5, i7, etc.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service they provide, as well as the customer service and customer support & team.
