A few months ago I was trying to find another international payment processor. That have no fees ACH bank withdraws or low fee check payment. So I would have at least two them for my site. Did not find one that I like. But everyone has different needs. Perhaps someone will like one of these payment systems for their site. I posted this also in other forums.

Watch out, some of these listed required large cash sums to be deposited and not allowed to be used. Just incase you get some charge backs. So its' like a free loan to them to make interest profits off your money. Be sure you read everything before signing up with any of these listed sites. A few I had to type their name into google plus my inquiry, such as "international payments".
Some also require a start up fee, or a monthly fee, or both. I suggest you also search for complaints, scam comments, and praise about these sites. Before signing up for any of them.
Example, noca.com looks very nice to use, and has low fees. But: The balance in the Funding Account shall not at any time be less than the greater of (i) $1,000.00 US, or (ii) three times the daily average of the US dollar aggregate amount of debit transactions initiated for the immediately preceding two calendar months.

I haven't check all the sites. But if you see * after the sites url. It means they offer "Electronic funds transfer".
