Paypal fees now apply to all type of accounts (??) (!!)

Paypal have changed their Fee Schedule

Since June 3rd the have fees for all accounts, Personal and Premier/bussines.....

Here is the US link, but it is the same for GR and Ca that i checked

Hmmm it seems they changed the transaction options, so

when you make a payment you choose between purchase(Goods/ebay/services) where there will be the known old fee

and "Personal" transfer (Gift, payment owned, other, living expense) where it either has no fees or it has 1 cent and you
can choose if you will pay this 1c or the one who gets paid

probably better i guess, i never understood why PTC owners use a paypal personal account anyway, "fee dodging" was too easy before...

I mostly was talking about users that have personal accounts to receive payments from PTCsites.
But as I see, if the PTC admin sends the payment as "Personal"
there will be a small fee from 0.5% to 2% for outside US and none inside.
ANd this is the only fee either the user has personal or premier account.

But there will be the known fee for purchases (2.9% +30c fee will) either the seller has personal or premier

can choose if you will pay this 1c or the one who gets paid" so i tested it out and tried out Payment Owed but I didn't see a choice to charge myself or the receiver, perhaps I wasn't paying attention.

I am also trying to understand this, so as I see we can transfer money from PayPal account to another by selecting it as an goods, services, or eBay items, but we have to pay fee if we select personal transfers ?

so all PTC owners will have to pay members as goods and services? just that?
