personally i don't think we need one because english is the language for ptc and anyone unable to communicate in english should find another hobby   ;D

but

if at least 10 people vote yes in the poll above and at least 5 of the 10 to speak the same language and we will add it   ;D

No need for subforum. Mostly used to spam reflink and or to reach post count.
