this one is not completely new.  until a few days ago it was called paytocash.free.fr.  it just changed names.  its still on the same free host :'(  still can't afford anything worthwhile :'(

this one is special in that he cant even afford to sponsor his own ads.  its in prelaunch until he sells some ads.  it will never sell any ads so it will be in prelaunch until it disappears :D
