1. WHY and HOW did you acquire ClickVoid? I mean, did you make an offer or was it proposed to you?
2. Do you know VC's owner?

I was a member at VC and I saw on the admin's MSN that he was selling clickvoid. I made him an offer because I wanted to take a stab at the PTC industry.
And no, I don't personally know the owner, I just added him on msn because I needed help with something on my account but live chat was not working.

how do i know since at velocityclicks what was the alertpay email from the site VCNETWORK@live.com
and clickvoid is clickvoid@live.com
and also i check the ads on velocity click before and all sites he was promoting the ptc sites he was promoting all had philipwong123 in the ref box.

I highly doubt that a Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University would devote his time to managing a PTC site (then again, you don't know what to expect these days :P).
However, if you Google the user name (philipwong123), you'll see that he was promoting referral links for ClickVoid and CroClix in his forum signature at IsabelMarco.

I can see we have a bunch of smart ones in this forum.
1) ClickVoid was down the same time VelocityClicks was down because I am still being hosted by VelocityClicks until next month. (I have already paid for this month's hosting)
2) Philip Wong is a common name. Even a search through google will give you many different Philip Wongs.
3) You can get a mod to compare vcnetwork's ip with my ip to see if we are the same person.
4) @live.com is just another email address under hotmail. Millions of people have an email @live.com, does this mean that they are all Eric Lew or Icashout?

Now before you ban me, please tell me what I can do for those who have invested if I do shut down. I have thought about refunding memberships and referrals that were purchased from me, but I simply do not have the funds to do all that.

I spent the money on promoting the growth of the site. Not one penny that has been given to me by the members has been withdrawn from AlertPay. Edit: If you do not believe me, check out DailyClicks, Clixncash, ProwlingPanther, and CoinMachine.
I have stopped selling anything on Click Void and pulled all of the self-sponsored ads. I will also stop doing payouts. In the next couple of days, I will start reimbursing those who have purchased referrals and memberships.
Stalky, Philip Wong is my real name. I was advised by "Brandon" to not use my real name for privacy purposes but I decided against it.

It said Philipwong has changed his name to john and he now says he is the new owner of clickvoid ??? ???
The only change on the whois is the nserver. it changed to scammy eric's new server. still registered to eric too :'(
