where i have to start ?
how much cost ?

I install any script for free , and our cheapest plan is $3 . If you need a PTC script , you can look for one or buy one .

I would recommend using DesignsByWinter (http://www.designsbywinter.info).  She sells and designs Aurora script and Gen2 PTC sites.
