teclicks no reply to mails etc

okay been a member here for ages well since it was born

they owe me $1 from an ebay package which im not bothered about but would like the ads on the site
also they owe me $20 for 100 signups which i have received no signups for in 2 months so she (the owner) said i could have a refund

3 mails and 1 month later still no reply

something is up especially seeing as the site was down two weeks ago for 3 days

and now my account balance says -5000 points when i was at 5000 before i requested an ad package using those 5000 points
