InfinityEuro Scam or have problem??

It seems to me that the InfinityEuro is a scam too:

-In 'Payment proof' everywhere below months writes (0) zero! Take look if you go to this site!!
-I request payment,but...They asks me payout PIN (optional) Optional??? There will not let me go to request payment if in this column do not type some number!
OK. I go to account settings to write some number on  `Payout PIN `
I can not confirm that,, required current PIN! What current??From the beginning I had no PIN or I never requested!
And so I am turning in circles, I can not request payment from them! 
-They no forum! I wrote to them,(support ticket),of course,do not answer!
Do you have a solution for this?

I think it is not an error in the script! This is their clever plan that do not pay!
