help me about paypal

i have verified paypal with my payoneer mastercard. now its 60% complete. paypal ask for my mobile and ssn. as i am from non supported country i used usa address. i input my cousin's usa number but no verification sms was sent.
so i need help about mobile verification. is there any other way to get verified by usa number.

Why don't you call Paypal directly and tell them about your problem. But I think if you are from a non-supported country, it may not be very helpful. You may try verifying with some other USA numbers. Ask your cousin for help.
