this is a post by mike on the splurgebux forum. it makes it VERY clear that members must be completely stupid to go on investing in any of their sites. if he is using your investment to pay the next payout does anybody really think there will be new investors by the time you reach payout??
It's not poor management, cuz we have great management, and always will have.
It's the poor "support" from the members.
Site makes $150 a day, site automatically pays $300 out .... Site doesnt make much profit there does it?
Site falls into debt... i dont pay members more than what comes in from now on.... now more people start bitching because they cant get paid... What am i suppose to do there? hmmm?
im gonna open another site, i will allow the priority members to transfer their accounts on over to the new site.
Then im gonna let cody manage it for me. I no longer need to sit here and manage any sites, i'll just collect 10% of all the sales that come in every single day. And i wont have to lift a finger. I'll have it set up on my alertpay, so all sales go to me, let him do all the managing, he can set it up the way he wants to, and he can do what he wants with it. i dont care.
i'll help out with whatever needs to be done, but my help will be minimal. From now on, im just gonna be one of those deserving supervisors that collect 200k a yr that dont do shit for their company lol, so im gonna sit here and let cody do his thing, because i think im now set to retire from ptc... part time...
and if dingo can somehow pull a miracle, sure i'll be back full time just for dingo... but if not... ahhhh well..... we'll see what happens... Im not even sure what the future is yet... once my idea is in place and see what it does for the site we'll see where it goes from there. Getting it on the site wont be fun.

Im tired of no support so i set up a cron job that automatically zeroes out balances every 24 hrs on standard members accounts the tos was updated today, and if standard members dont want their balances zeroed they need to upgrade.
I'm not going to continue to dish out money when the site is making $30-$100 a day. It's practically a waist of my time.
so basically if your one of the standard members saving to buy an upgrade don't bother click because he is going to steal all your earnings until you do upgrade. so why would anyone want to upgrade if theres nothing to cashout??
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO UPGRADE ON ANY GPTNETWORK SITE!!!!

If you are a standard member and have not clicked within the last 24 hours your balance has been zeroed out. We have a cron job now that zeroes out balances every single day you must be able to click at least 1 ad a day in order to not have your balance zeroed out. Only way to avoid that is to upgrade.
If your going to Slam a site. At least do it correctly. Standars have to CLICK. To not have their balances Zero'ed

WELL.. Since the forums rarely ever have exact information. Maybe everyone should read the TOS. At least then they would have all the information. If It said Standards would have their accounts Zero'ed Every day regardless. Id be right up there with you screwing mike over.. But since it doesnt say that. i check the tos on any site i join or am a member at. i am not a member at dingobux so i have absolutely no reason to check the tos.
i am not a member because i know exactly what kind of scammer mike is.

will never upgrade most people upgrade to get paid only if they got more than what the upgrade costs..
Now mike is deleting members who complain and call his sites scam, well they are and everyone knows that.
Before this funny TOS was created mike has been deleting accounts way before that and to proof that my account was deleted on extra10 months back for no reason.
Well his sites are all scams and I look forward to warn people before even checking his ptc site and I managed to save some people from this scammer!

its a very creative debt controle. standard members lose their balance and they will leave. they wont hang around clicking as standard member just to NOT get paid.
they won't upgrade either because upgrades don't get paid either.
it gets even more creative if you consider that all those that just bought premium will lose all their standard referrals.
their sites are going to be reduced to less than 1000 real members and a few 10000 bots :D :D

I hope you all don't mind me posting, but I have to say that Michael Pratt have been a known scammer for number of years. He admitted that his autosurf back in 2004 was like a ponzi. He also used to own a HYIP back in 2006 called ManualHYIP. Many of these older sites have disappeared completely because he could not pay his members because the money dried up. I have compiled a complete list of programs, links and all that which shows what he owned, his past history and everything else which it could be used against him if he decides to sue anybody. He may think twice before doing anything.

I think he has alot of partners mostly in the ptc biz since owners and ptc sites are easier to track than autosurfs and hyips..
we also really dont know what other hyips/autosurfs he owns now with the whois protected and stuff...

I had a lot of help from friends from GlobalFriendsOnline who helped me gather this information which including some paid to read owners who were also burned by the likes of this guy. One thing he can not do is go to TalkGold since he used the ManualHYIP username, and if he shows up using that handle to dispute the claims on there? He would get an ear full of the autosurf crowd who got burned. Then if he signs up using another nick, then he would be violating the terms and rules of that forum.
As for any lawsuits? The judges would laugh in his face and throw out the claims because he practically admitted to do something illegal about Dr.-Surf in the past. :)

actually mike and mark have about 200 sites in their name. it does not mean they own them all. they sell sites and they selll hosting. Several of the sites on that list do not belong to them, they just register and host them.

25) (Added to tos on 1/31/09) We have stopped all future credit card payments to be made on any of our sites due to credit card fraud. If you file a complaint to alertpay, you will have the amount you paid deducted from your account along with a $37 fee deducted from your account. We may also report any owed fees from your balance to any credit collections department that is owed to us if your balance is in a negative or has been reversed through alertpay.
This is going to be the first ptc where members can owe money to the scammers :D :D :D i suggest anybody who bought anything chargeback before its too late, the chances of you being paid are almost 000 :D :D

The owners of DingoBux, SplurgeBux, ChillBux, and all other sites within the "GPT Networks" are , without a shadow of a doubt, scammers.
File the charges. Just know that when I file the counter suit, you'll be giving back all the money you've stolen from those poor "greedy" users of yours over the years. I'll be returning that money to the people you scammed.
Trust me, I won't lose that case.

My hands are also tied over there on TalkGold until I have members of that forum report what is happening to them by this network, I can't move them. But, I already moved a couple of the programs to the scam section because people complained about them not being paid or their earnings where deleted.

Kooplinks is on the list that I made. I added some since then as well like Earn3, Extra10 and PTCMafia. There are others that I added, and there seems to be even more.
I really do not know for sure who owns AngelBux anymore, but JoeBlow could be something as a smokescreen for Michael.
Gotbux is bought by Jeffrey Johnson who has a past where he supported a past runner in Evelyn Turner and also deleted half a database of users in a Bulldog program. I have a list of scam programs on my website of so many programs that are dead or still running. The ones that are up still are listed on the GPTBoycott site.
