We have had a high number of creditcard charge backs
We currently can not process payouts via paypal until our balance s back positive
Any purchases made by paypal help us get ths balance back to negative sorry for any porblems

Thanks, mod. I have been getting some signs from this ptc since a little more than one month ago.
Since then, I have being clicking there only for "click exchange sites". No hope for money.

not yet, but they will. :'(
he has the same problem on all his sites, all have a negative balance and he only pays selected few like gptbank. everybody else has to invest so he will have a bit of money to pay a few and make it look like a paying site. :'(

actually if all the people would stop their BS charge backs for what ever reason PB would still be doing just fine. They are having some issues yes but they are still paying. Every time they get the funds built up it goes right back out to members, and no its not just to gptbank.

i have heard the 'BS chargeback' excuse before. after death in the family, illness, and Ddos, 'chargeback' seems to be the newest excuse used by scammers. gptnetworks used it and lola used it too.
whatever excuse they use, it boils down to members having to pay to get paid.
guess what? nobody should invest in a site that has already admitted not having enough funds to pay anybody.
mrextravaganza/macs/bikersmom or whatever he calls himself this week is stalling payouts on all of his sites, most of his sites havent paid more than 3 people in the last 3 weeks.
lets list the sites we know about, just so everybody knows what sites to avoid

mark sandifur of freedom-advertising supposedly sold performancebux to gptnetworks in june 09
freedom-advertisments is mark sandifur and andrew mcdonald aka helen gough aka bikersmom aka extravaganza networks and many more
relaunched now as an aurora site http://performancebux.com
the whois is still registered to gptnetworks but all the ads are for gptnetwork scams, freedom-advertisments scams and willj sites :D
freedom-advertisments own many scams like bestdollarclicks, qualitybux
