Cashouts Controller [ Days Between Cashouts Update Added ]

- Idea Behind This Addon :

> Payouts are part of any successful PTC stability reasons , But the distribution of cash in any PTC site isn't always fair , So some members can request high cashouts leaving admins in trouble paying other members , Also some members are able to reach payouts fast and request payout many times which is a problem for admins especially those who don't have mass-payout feature in Paypal for example and also sometimes the admin find 2 or 3 payouts request by same member

- How Does This Addon Work ?

* With this addon admin will have a new options in admin panel which will be :

A- Addon settings showing the following :

1- Maximum Cashout Per Request : With this option enabled , The admin will be able to set the maximum amount a member can cashout in a single cashout , This option can be enabled or disabled , Also has different settings for standard and upgraded members [ Based on upgraded members memberships ]

2- Cashouts Limits : With this option enabled , The admin will be able to set number of cashouts allowed per member , The cashouts limit has different settings for standard and upgraded members  [ Based on upgraded members memberships ]

3- The admin can set when the cashout limit should be reset , Either Daily , Weekly , Monthly and this process id done automatically , If set to weekly the limit will reset each Sunday , If set to monthly the limit will reset one first of each month

4- Days between cashouts : With this option enabled admin can now set days between cashouts , Means how many days should pass from last payment date before user can request new payment

5- Only one pending request : With this option enabled member will not be able to request a new cashout unless his previous cashout request has been cleared

B- Limits Reset ( Backup Method ) : This is option by which admin can reset the cashouts limit for members if for any reason the automatic reset didn't work

* Now from members side the addon will show as following :

1- Withdraw Area : The member will see a note of his maximum cashout and his cashouts limit per duration admin sets and if he exceeded the maximum cashout or his cashouts limit his request will be automatically denied

1- Addon is coded on SDR 3.1 script , But it will work on all aurora scripts [ As long as the needed files for install aren't encrypted ]
2- Addon comes installed only , No install files will be given
