do we really want to force them to post to the entire public? :-\ :-\

i think there should a selected person to take the "document"  in private with the admin of the site , their identity will be protected at all times no matter what,..their identity is for the ADMIN here and no one else.

so this will need discussed more i think,...i just dont feel right forcing to post for the entire world.... :-\

the entire world does not need to see,...if we the mods or admins( whoever is selected for this duty) verify the document is truthful and they are who they say they are and are of age....then the entire public does not need to see...that is why we are here....

Please note that approval only shows the owner is of legal age and has not scammed anyone as far as wel can tell at this time

As there are a lot of new ptc coming out lately, there are also a lot of new, unknown owners.
At this time there is no way to tell what will happen with all these new websites.

It is never wise to invest your own funds into a site until the site has proven to be honest and paying ;)
