Who would win?

My friends and I had an argument today: Jack Bauer versus Batman. I figure Jack Bauer. Batman's a major badass, but I doubt he'd be able to go to the same lengths as Jack Bauer. Plus, halfway through the fight, Jack would get a call from C.T.U. saying his daughter's been kidnapped (again) and he'd have to save her (again). At this point, he'd go into Secret Agent Mode and finish the job, probably ending with some sort of broken limb, and proceed to rescue his daughter from terrorists (again).

Thoughts?

My opinion is
Seems, just seems that JB is just a man with a gun.
Batman is a hero.
...And has lots of toys.. :P  ::popcorn
