This ptc site is really great!
The minimum cashout is only 0.01$ and it pays instantly! You can get some cents to you Liberty Reserve account in "no" time ^^! (note that Alertpay is also available but AP just doesn't allow payment less than 1$).
*Caution: You should get a certain amount (several cents for example) before requesting payout because the second time minimum payout is 0.1$!

rules changed after reaching 2000 members, min pay increased to 1$ for all members but the good thing is that earning rate also increased a lot ^^!
