I vote for CashNhits as the best PTC website .
The reason ? Look how much i did as a standard member with no referrals:
Neobux :         $0.907 min payout $2
ClixSense:       $1.640 min payout $10
EarnEasyCash: $2.440 min payout $0.90
CashNhits :     $2.560 min payout $0.60

I joined all websites in the same time.So for a standard member (and a natural born clicker i may add  ) cashnhits is the best option

I like funny videos more than static websites and there are three more things I especially like at Varolo.

• They somehow attract international brands to advertize with them.
• You can link your Varolo account with facebook and share ads with your facebook friends even if they aren't Varolo members. If they watch the ads you get achievement cards, which you can redeem for referrals. This is very nice for the movie trailers shown at Varolo. Who didn't like to watch the movie trailer of the next Batman movie.
• They just made an interesting announcement last week to change their downline structures from linear downlines to matrix downlines. This means that referrals will not just added into your first referral level but also into the second, third, or fourth one. At first this seems to be a disadvantage for people who recruit at lot of referrals themselves. However, in my experience a lot referrals become inactive pretty fast. This might change, if you just add your next referral as a direct referral for them.

Interesting thread.  Nobody has posted anything about Bux Levels yet, and so I will share what I know about Bux Levels.  I actually joined that site via another forum and I do like concept of Bux Levels.  It is somewhat similar to sites like Neobux, Clixsense, and Bux4Cash, except that instead of offering a traditional 1 level referral system, they offer a 8x4 forced matrix system (which means if you refer more than 8 members you first level downline is full and any susequent referrals will automatically "spill over" into your downlines' networks). 

Things I like about Bux Levels:
- Legit so far
- Comes with an 8x4 forced matrix (comes free with the membership), by the way, not all ptc sites offer this feature as I am aware of, at least not to both free and paid members.
- Comes with a referral sharing feature, where you can rent referrals as needed
- I find getting referrals to be fairly easy to get there (I already have 171 referrals so far at the time of this post), especially if you use ptsu features.  The only down side is that some referrals can go inactive, and they don't delete inactive referrals from your network (the referral sharing feature seems to make up for that).
- Usually 4-5 ads to click on each day (though 10 or more would be ideal there). 
- Each ad is worth $.002 as free members (more as "gold members").
- Can be useful to have you have a good upline (same goes if you get any "heavy hitters" in your downline as well), especially if you join early on.
- Low payout threshold (at least $2).  I've already made about $8 so far there (though some days I don't get around to doing my clicks there).

Things I don't like about Bux Levels -
1) More ads to click on per day would be nice
2) You don't earn from indirect referrals as a free member, and so if you have lots of indirect referrals in your network, upgrading to "gold" is highly recommended.
3) Low earnings rates on referrals' clicks, so having lots of active referrals in your network is a must.
4) The timer pauses when you open up a new tab or window while viewing the ad, making it impossible to multitask while viewing ads (such as surfing other ptc sites, traffic exchanges, etc).

Anyways, I've probably exceeded the 25 word limit, but there is alot of information to share about Bux Levels.

Other sites I like (though they were already posted here) includes: Matrix Mails (it is definitely a behemoth site in my opinion), Clicksia, Clixsense, and Varolo (watching commercials is definitely funner than just viewing random websites).
