We are going to be implementing a new payment waiting line system.
There will be the standard member waiting line and the premium member waiting line. This will show your place in line and when you are at the front of the line you well receive your payment.
Naturally since Premium members line well be smaller, they well get paid much quicker.
All site revenue well go towards payments (as it already has been)
This seems like the best solution to speed up payments until we can safely implement Instant Payments. ;)

No, Neo doesnt allow people to purchase lottery by PayPal.
Maybe there's some other reason.

It is really tempting to upgrade and purchase some refs in you site since you are very active here in talkptc but only one thing that bothers me is you have the best MOD that is Spammer and about earn3 it should stay on $3 payout since I think the name was taken by the low payout that is $3.

hmm fabe ya its weird on extra10 i got a a pending payment its almost pending for a month and i know another month to get paid am not worried about that but its been 3 days and my payment in line is still 421 only 4 payments in 3 days i wonder if 421 pendings can be done in a month ???

Im sorry, I am trying my best here, ALL site revenue is going towards members payments.
I am currently working my hardest trying to create systems that well generate new streams of revenue for Earn3/Extra10. Times are changing, and it is very hard to compete against these new Instant payout monster sites. :-\

payouts are not stopped . it is taking some time , like 30 -60 days (tos), but he didn`t stop payments

i think willj if i am not wrong disable requesting payments due to the fact there are alot of payments pending maybe he is paying the ones that are pending then will enable requesting again since if you were to request right now you would be in a very very long line.
maybe hes implementing instant payments and disabled requesting to add instant payment
who knows will just have to wait till willj shows up here.

i can remember last year all the sites were taking collections to pay for mikes hospital bills.
willj says earn3 and extra10 combined have a $100.000 site debt so now im supposed to believe mike and mark have enough to pay all the members? i dont think so :D :D :D

Site debt was around $100,000 for both sites combined.
Since the beginning I was paying all site revenue to members. Unfortunately weak script, weak market and many other factors made the sites not be able to perform as well as I hoped for them.
You personally have been complaining long before the sites were ever sold. Your just one of those people that loves to complain. Either I kept the sites and put up with being called a scammer for slow payments, or I sell the sites and be called a scammer.
Either way I failed, the sites did not perform as well as I hoped, and you may say whatever you like.

I was making way more payments than that, sites was bringing in around $200/day, and $200 was going out every day.

I'm sorry I let you down, never again well I run sites that do not pay off their debt within hours. Pending Payments is a disaster waiting to happen.
I did not make any money off Earn3 or Extra10, you can believe me or not, but this is the truth.

In the end all Bux programs end up scamming, its the nature of the beast, its a flawed system like HYIP.
So in a sense all Bux owners are scammers.
I have yet to scam anyone, and don't plan too. Well this site last forever? Who knows, but if it does fail it will mean its because I have run out of money paying members, not because I have transfered it all to my bank.
I think my history speaks for itself, and I think I'm the last person you should be flipping out about.
those posts were true then and they are still true now. in the end all bux sites will scam!! there is not a single bux out there that has been around for at least 6 months and that is still doing well
i know the risk when i join bux sites and its a risk i choose to take. everyone who is not a complete noob to ptc should know that. there are plenty of forums where they can get information about any site.
i took the risk on your sites because i know your auroras. i didnt expect earn3 or extra10 to last forever and even though its disappointing it makes a nice change to see you at least try to do what you thought was best for the sites and your members.
99.99% of the owners would just remove the site, change their name and start all over again
i do have a problem with the buyers but i guess you didnt have a lot of other options. please be honest about that too because i saw you make a post saying your just beginning to understand their bad reputation and i know thats not true. you have been sticking up for them on gpf for a very long time now, you knew exactly who they are and you know exactly what kind of reputation they have :'(
you are right about pending payouts. any site that takes 30/60 days to pay definitely has a problem and should be avoided.
the problem there is that most sites pay a lot faster in the beginning and by the time they change to 30/60 days most members already have spent a lot of time clicking ads or invested in that site. they wont just leave :'(

I thought this was a better option than closing the sites, or if I had wrong intentions, leaving them opened abandoned collecting money like some other sites.

The cause of appendicitis relates to blockage of the inside of the appendix, known as the lumen. The blockage leads to increased pressure, impaired blood flow, and inflammation If the blockage is not treated, gangrene and rupture (breaking or tearing) of the appendix can result.
Can result if NOT treated so it was your own fault for not getting it treated sooner Durrrrr :D
Its the blockage that causes it not the inflammation ::)
Was never on your back and would never want to be :D I know you probably have your hands full trying to work out your next excuse to scam money out of people :D Good luck with that ::)

I wasn't lying to you when I had plans to turn the sites instant payout. Just the process it would take to turn them instant paying would piss off way to many people I soon realized, I explored all options before deciding to sell them.
Nope Buxout is not mine, it is Dennis(Silkons) and Kareems.
It is hosted on my server and I have a few of my ads on it. I also help out with support and different things.
I wish I was that good at coding to make a site like Buxout..lol
From what I see it is very stable so far, being able to pay off members and site debt right away helps allot to a sites health. Also it has 50% referral earnings and activity requirements. Seems stable so far as long as site revenue keeps coming in.

Its not registered on my name? Its just hosted by me.

Oh ya Dennis transferred it to my namecheap account so I could transfer it to Godaddy for him. It should be on GoDaddy now under his name.
Just because I provide resources for clients such as hosting and domains ect does not mean I own the sites..lol Thats like saying hostgator owns the sites it hosts.

It is now time for me to make the major announcement regarding earn3.com!
Earn3.com now has a new feature that allows premium members to request
payout and receive it instantly within 5 mins of their request! This
feature is better known as the "Auto Instant payout". Members can
request a minimum of $3 and request a maximum amount of $10 per day.
The current payout requests from our premium members will be denied
so they can request via auto payout! The upgrade price will remain at $35
until next week. Free members are unable to use this auto instant payout feature
unless their upgraded to premium status. Next week, the price on upgrading your
account will increase, if you wish to upgrade please do so before the price increases.

fab willj sold earn3 and extra10, mike and mark supposedly own them now
earn3 has added almost instant payout but only premium members are allowed and they are only allowed $10 a day,
i got paid yesterday, it took 2 minutes, so its not quite instant :D :D
i went back today to request again, i got this message
ERROR: The maximum amount of payments per 24 hours has been reached on our site. This limit has been set as a safeguard against hackin
so its not even almost instant for alll premium members, there is a max per day. :'(
they probably expect a lot of the standard members will upgrade to get their payouts and that will increase their income :'( :'(

Honestly, nothing is truly "Instant"...Is Instant Mac instant? No....it takes 5 minutes to cook. Is Instant Jello instant? No...takes a LONG time to make.

the problem is everybody already has pending payouts and to be able to get the instant you have to get your pending deleted.
months of waiting for nothing.......
even if you manage to get your pending deleted you probably will never get paid because the instant will be limited to just a few payouts a day, just like earn3
so what about all these members still waiting on their pending? just imagine if you have been waiting for months and you have less than 100 in front of you
what to do?
cancel and join in the not so instant lottery?
or leave the pending and never get paid??

I joined Extra10 at the first day it was launched. Got 2 small payments and made the third request when I was still active on a few ptc's.

earn3 scam has a new plan to scam even more members.
premium members can pay an extra $48 to receive priority payout. priority is supposed to mean guaranteed payout within 15 days but there is a max of $15. they will need more than 2 months to even recover the extra $48
no guarantee earn3 scam will be around that long :D :D
at least they are honest about 1 thing, this is on the site:

None because since they implemented priority payout, nobody has been paid instantly :'(
i can't wait for them to add this great plan to extra10 scam :D

we have 2 choices here. we can believe gptnetwork now has 3 owners or we can believe in fairies :)
