Mathematically, all ponzi schemes will eventually fail. Sooner or later, with better or worst results. It's inevitable

Answering to your question: it depends. First, it depends of the legality of it in your country. Second, it depends of your objectives (what do you want to create? A viable system in the long run? A system that makes you money in a few days? etc...)
