I can't seem to connect to that site today... i've been clicking all this time and now i see this, i know i haven't done anything against their TOS so i don't understand.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

would appreciate if someone could enlighten me on this.

It works here, try using a proxy and see if that works.
