Title: PTC wall blocked me with weird reason

Do you all guys know email address of PTC wall...? I got blocked from them because they state I using open proxy server... I can't even access their website...I had joined some PTC sites and has already withdraw many times and never using open proxy to login the PTC sites because i know the risk...I wonder if they are checked first to the PTC site before blocked member

first option is always admin@whateversite.com   second option is their payment processor email, ie paypal or payza

when all that fails try the whois
