mibux cashout is $3 now?

Did I understand it correctly that the cashout for mibux is $3 now?
Wow, that's great.   ;D
Now, I can have the motive to continue clicking for mibux. Low cashout is great for me.  Otherwise, I would feel it takes me forever, throughout my eternity, to reach $10 cashout, clicking solo.
