indonesian IP

sandycah and a few other people who reside in indonesia on my website seem to have strange IP 


im finding it quite strange that you and a few other indonesian members are rotating between their normal indonesian IP and then this IP ->> 64.118.89.4    which originates from new york here in USA

sandy you said you dont know how you are switching between these 2 IP,  i beleive you

i am just wandering why are other indonesians IP doing this as well??.... and they match that exact IP

now other members from other countries are now showing up on that same exact IP from new york

indo's connection is known for having few ips which is shared with........too many households..maybe that is why e indo users would always be rotating between those few ips..

but no idea y ny's ip would be showing up for them
