i have no idea who owns this lately, it used to be oxi but then he said he gave it away, later he said he was selling it.
The whois shows oxi and hasnt changed.

Today it has 8 exactly the same links:
Fast.sc is Back and paying via Mypayscript!   $0.01   1635   74   1709

Now i wonder who is back and are they going to pay???

oh well, will just have to request payout and find out
