You just see them on a toolbar. No pop-ups and i never heard any sound.

you can set it up to do that.

When i installed it i`ve disable everything except Clixsense notification area(Predefined Components) and Notify me of setting chances (Additional Settings ), the ret i don`t need. Still i didn`t heard any sound and i`m quite curious where can you set that up?

I asked them in the beginning.
If it works for you, there is something about the windows sounds.
Search in windows cp if there is something new;
and in the mixer (sndvol32.exe)
and allow sounds in browser.
Seems the answer was given by a seller or by some "unoccupied" orderly
Said that it does now work with rotative IP or even with more than one IP.
I don't know because it did not work for me and I sincerely prefer so.

I just installed the toolbar, and I think its really useful, as there is often new ads on Clixsense. Shows when you can click an add, how much money you have, if there is surveys you can do, and if you want to you can have a link for their forum and tasks. And all those annoying links is easy disabled.

Im pretty sure im keeping the Clixsense toolbar
