This might be irrelevant to some however, I know for me when I see a PTC that is really unorganized or has a lot of popads, etc. really detracts my interests as the consumer. I was cruising the internet today reading as I always do and I came a crossed this FANTASTIC article on Search Engine Optimization. It is aimed at improving rankings however, it also talks about about pre-publishing content.  Long story short, this can help with the aesthetics of your site, functionality and overall appeal and your outreach, which in turn might attract a larger audience and gain the trust of your members/investors.
