i think script or design is a little more dominant in  comparison .Because a ptc user know well the old scripts that labeled on the old scam ptc sites and so they never want to invest for the same script :)

design and price.  If it looks like crap or the prices are too high, I won't advertise.

First I see the site design, then i judge it
Then I view the ad prices and I take them into consideration (Less than 3$ per 1000 only)
Then I look at the size of members, new members today, and Ad Hits today.

If I need more info, i check out the News and FAQ....If I see little to no News or FAQ, I get the hell off that site.

In my view a paying site with an honest admin will survive in this industry and make the admin and investor ALOT of money. (never forget that)

I'd say by demographics. Who sees the add must equall the target market of the advertiser.
