good luck with that... sadly, the vast majority of all people involved in PTC/PTR/PTS sites have so little understanding of the reality and proper use of these type sites that it isn't surprising that over 97% of sites failed (since 1999 when the first site like this launched)... and less than 0.2% of all participants actually make a profit... only 1.34% even reach break-even... worst of all those percentages include the people running the sites.

So my best, and most honest direct answer to the original question is...
when you have so much money that you can afford to throw away every penny used in PTC !
