AlertPay problem

hello
I have a problem with this site.
I can't add funds to my purchase balance to upgrade my account on the other side there are proofs.
the site is unctionptc.com
when I trying to upgrade my account he display me this error:
"You cannot make a payment to this account since this account is suspended. " in Alertepay
Please find me a solution

You mean that you AlertPay account is suspended?
Do you have more than one account in unctionptc ?
Did you send a support ticket to AlertPay?

looks like unctionptc has a suspended alertpay account

if you ask me thats good news  :P
why on earth would you want to upgrade on a site that has not paid anyone for 2 weeks?
it has no proof in the forum
and it has an admin that lies about the site being under new management
