They also have Paid to Do section but I use PTC only 20% on referrals as well

I just did 1 PTC to prove they pay instantly

They actually are paid to complete offers. Thse click rate are for their other site to promote.

is this a gpt site? that's bad for int'l members 0.00001 per ad? or offers? then how much is the min. payout? is this available to all countries?

Yes it is a gpt site. minimum payout is 1 cent. Yes open to all country.

getpaidto.com no longer exist plus i`ve searched it for scam. wile it was online, it was ok , i remember eecash saying he`s earning from it. it wasn`t open to all countries and just before closing thei`ve turned into a scam, there are some complains on the net.
