Wordlinx pay 1 cent per click and there is a lot of targeted ads I think. Paypal payout. Just take a look around at the current sites that paid for more than 4-6month and you will find many good sites. Just try to get direct refs and you will earn some extra cash :)

If you are member of many ptcs then you also need to do some planning as to how much time you are spending. viewing one 1cent ad for 30 seconds is better than viewing ten 0.1 cent for 15 seconds each ;D
