o rly? I'm sure that you can get many in traffic exchange and same thing with autosurfs but you need a lot of credits and unless you buy them it's really hard to manuelly get those credits. :>

so 100x1500 = 150,000 hits

Also many ptc´s have a paid to signup area, this can be very good too, and not that expensive!

Id rather do PTSU as suggested above than spend hours surfing TE's. Just a bloody waste of time if you do PTC...or basically anything from my experience.

Traffic exchange *vomit* its a waste of time seriously everyones just hungry for credits and no one actually looks at the sites. I think the best way to actually attract people through traffic exchange is direct them to your youtube video because it goes on autoplay and I actually end up watching them lol
