ready made sites are cheapest,  either new or second hand

if you choose second hand make sure your not buying somebody elses (future) scam or failure

I have extensive knowledge on the EvolutionScript installation and template editing.

If you are willing to purchase the licence so you will be running a legitimate PTC site I will be willing to help you at cheap rates as I know the expense of running such site.
