"Quality Posts"?

WHen i look at the Downline Builder rules, it says that you must have "5 quality posts" before you can post in that Forum. What is a "quality post"?

hi Scottman,   anything non spam will be considered 'quality' posts
useless one word replies like hi, congrats, nice will be considered spam

the rule is mainly there to stop new members signing up just for the downline builder
