A couple of weeks ago my ISP couldn't access the site. They seem to be always doing maintainence, it must be frustrating for PTC Admins. Then again maybe with all the PTC members that flocked thier it blew up thier Server.

Well with the extreme fees they decided to create with the all the sites switching to them... I'm still iffy with them.

Yeah, some options are free-charged, some have similar fees to PayPal and Bank Wire is just a pain in the @ss:
