What VC reflects is the wake left by a proven scammer. Most PTCs are NOT like VelocityClicks. Keep that in mind before passing judgement on the industry.

The first, there were no PTCs such as VC that would be no BLACK LISTs at all.

A good sample is Isabelmarco s when they have some problems with their server.
