EvolutionScript Staff is not giving me Verification Code

Hey Friends... I recently bought the Evolution Script from Evolutionscript.com
They gave me the license key and the file to download . I installed the same on my host and its running.
But the problem is that i am unable to login to Admin Control Panel as it asks for Verification code.

The Evolutionscript guys have not given me any verification code and i have sending them a lot of tickets to respond to my requests.. I am new to this business and i am really worried if i am scammed by these guys...

I need help from you people if anyone of you can help me with this.
What should i do, as they are not responding either on support or emails.
