Personal experience:
The site seemed to me as a scam at first glance but there are many payment proofs in the forum.If one wants to earn here and has a few referrals he should upgrade and receive $0.025 per referral click and it can be a grate rate.if one is good enough to get people to join under him and has some cash already he should go to the ptc.
Warning:No matter how much the owner of a site promises you remember a site can always turn into a scam so join at own risk.
