I know more about it than you are assuming I do man. I can't fall for fake names of attacks.

If they were going to use an xss, sql, or brute forcer they would not need to dos the server first. <.<

i didn't say denial of service attacks, i am talking about servers that are high powered i am not talking about lil shared hosting accounts. please try to keep up.

Flooding a server with packets, you specified udp, but either could be used depending on security settings (which could stop this all together).
I know the server needs to process the packets and that bogs it down, bla bla. That is a Denial of Service attack man.

It can be done to any server provided you have enough transfer power to do it. Botnet, isp, whatever.

I am quite up to speed with what you are talking about.
